Green Earth is a watercolour animated short directed by Catqu and myself in 2017. It went through many iterations over the story development, but one element stayed constant throughout: nature surviving through destruction and time. The film became, in the end, a story of hope and rebirth – of a community finding its way back to each other years after being forcefully broken apart by authority and development.
